Design is for living
My mantra is, “Design is for living! We must enjoy the spaces we live, work, and play in. Ideally, these spaces speak to us and feed the soul.”
I began my career in 1999 in San Francisco at the San Francisco Design Center where I learned the details of the high-end furnishings business and developed relationships with showrooms, vendors, artisans, and trades people. Working for Bay Area interior designers and obtaining my design education at the University of California in the Design & Architecture Certificate Program, I eventually opened my own practice in 2006. I passed the NCIDQ exam in 2007 and have been a professional member of ASID. I continue to be a member of NEWH Northwest Chapter and NWSID (Northwest Society of Interior Designers).
After relocating to Seattle I began to independently represent a variety of furnishings manufacturers not represented in the the Seattle Design Center, and many never represented in the Pacific Northwest. As well, I am now representing a handful of beautiful boutique lines to the Bay Area market. My business is a mobile, multi-line showroom of furniture, fabrics, wall coverings, and lighting available to designers for their clients.
With my design education and background, nearly 20 years of experience in the design community, and knowledge of the furnishings market, I bring a unique understanding to the table regarding product knowledge, project management and client expectations. I'm not just a salesman, but an extended arm of your design business. A valued consultant. I provide clients with the tools they need to successfully complete their design projects
I deliver personal contact and attention to the thriving Pacific Northwest and Bay Area design communities.
